Hello all,
I finally got permissions to create milestones. Does anybody have
recommendations on what format to use? Here is my suggestion:
At this point, we will use milestones for planning releases. The way
things look right now, releases will be schedule-driven, rather than
feature driven. Therefore I would propose a format that reflects this.
And as actual release dates can slip, I would propose the Ubuntu-Format:
YY.MM.
Our next release is scheduled for January 20th, therefore we would use
12.01 as the milestone. As long as we don't slip into February, we
should be fine. :-)
If I don't get any objections or better ideas, I'll create the first
milestone later this week.
