[reddeer-dev] RedDeer 2.4.0 release under Eclipse 2018-12

Hello,

Let me announce the RedDeer 2.4.0 release which is part of Eclipse SimRel 2018-12.

RedDeer is Eclipse java-based testing framework. This time we managed to solve mostly bug fixes and small enhancements and improved our rel-eng processes. Some work was done on infra too and we are running code coverage job to improve the code base.
