[rdf4j-dev] FedX Zero-Length Path fix and 4.3.12 / 5.0

Hi,

we have run into an issue with zero-length-property path support in the FedX federation engine, see https://github.com/eclipse-rdf4j/rdf4j/issues/4990 for the write-up and details.

We would need a fix for this issue in our next product release (planned for end of June).

I am planning to prepare a PR for the fix on the main branch in the next days.

Would it be possible to create another 4.3.12 patch release for the fix (e.g. in a 2 weeks timeframe)?

Also to Havard: are there any updates on the 5.0 timeline that you can share?
