[rdf4j-dev] 4.0 timeline - second milestone

Hi all,

I'm thinking we might want to put out a second milestone build for 4.0 soon. I'm especially keen to get the new LMDB store out for early adopters to have a play with.

There's a couple of open PRs that I think we may want to wrap up before that, if possible. How does Jan 22 as a target date strike everyone?

Then the next question is of course if we can start thinking about a final milestone + final release date. The main thing for that (apart from basic quality assurance, of course) is that we have made sure we have covered all the backward-incompatible changes we want to do for the time being. New features can always be added, but we don't do major releases very often, so let's make sure we've covered what we want.
