[rdf4j-dev] 2.5.4 patch release

I'm considering doing a parallel 2.5 patch release, there's a couple of big fixes (including afix in the new context cache) that is like to be available without having to bump a major version.

I'll try and do some cherry picking tonight to get master in shape for this.
