It appears that the purge didn't work as expected. Also the modules that are already set by default usually pop up as ticked boxes in the list.
I checked - the conflicting module did not appear as ticked box. So I couldn't untick it.
Not sure whether the local module setup or the module handling by PTP is to blame.
It looks to me that this effect is different from https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=394130 .
