[ptp-user] Where is the sdm executable ?

Hi,
I can't find the sdm executable (for PTP parallel debugging). I darkly remember
that I have to execute "sh BUILD" in some directory. Is this still correct ?
When I google through various wiki pages like the following example, I get the
impression that they are outdated. The following URL tells me about ORTE,
which I can't find in my eclipse iuno installation.
Please point me to some recent instructions. Thanks !
