Hi Saygin,
You can choose "By node", "By slot", "No oversubscribe", etc. in the Resource tab of the launch configuration to control where processes will be located.
I'm not sure why you're not seeing output from individual processes. Are you sure they are generating some? This didn't work with older versions of OMPI, but if you have 1.4.1 installed it should.

On the other hand, I'd like to see outputs separately but job1:0 gives "all" the outputs, on the other hand job1:2 or job 1:10 etc. produces empty. I would like to learn if that's normal or not
