Yes, COBALT_BG is fine with me. If PBS_BGP is redundant we can remove that.  Thanks!

If Wyatt is ok with this then I'm happy to go with COBALT_BG. There are two configurations that use PBS_BGP (gov.anl.alcf.bgp.pbs.xml and gov.anl.alcf.bgq.pbs.xml) that will need to be changed over to use COBALT_BG.
