[ptp-dev] Photran preprocessor plug-ins excluded from build?

I just noticed that the org.eclipse.photran.core.vpg.preprocessor.c
and ui.vpg.preprocessor.c plug-ins are missing pom.xml files, and
(AFAIK) they aren't being included in the Hudson build.  Am I right
about that?  If so, what can I do to make sure they're included?
