Re: [ptp-dev] PTP 5.0.1 and Photran 7.0.1 are released

For Fedora packaging I need to have a command to generate a reproducible 
source tarball (since PTP does not provide one).  Checking out with a tag 
serves this function, so yeah, I need it tagged.  Same with any/all other 
components.  I wasn't sure about whether the others I listed were used/needed 
or not for 5.X.
