Greetings,

Roland Schulz and I have been showing off the PTP at the CScADS meeting this week. It has gone over pretty well but we've run into some trouble with the Photran indexer taking hours to run on a reasonably large (~670,000 lines, ~700 files) project. Is this normal, or is there a way to speed things up?
