[ptp-dev] Problems with org.eclipse.ptp.etfw.dataManagers extension poin

I installed the final Indigo and PTP 5.0
code and was testing with my HPC Toolkit plugins. With this build, the
methods that get invoked in classes I specified for this extension point
do not get executed. I set breakpoints and ran in debug mode to verify
this.

These used to work in PTP 4.0, were
broken for a while in PTP 5.0 then working again and now are broken again.
Could a fix have been dropped in one of the final builds?
