[ptp-dev] CVS cleanup

In preparation for the CVS -> Git transition, I'd like to clean up the CVS repository as follows:

lang -> old/lang
updates -> old/updates
rms/org.eclipse.ptp.rm.ibm.bluegene* -> rms/old
rms/org.eclipse.ptp.rm.mpich2.* -> rms/old
rms/org.eclipse.ptp.rm.orte.* -> rms/old
tools/cell -> tools/old
tools/isp -> tools/old
tools/perf -> tools/old
tools/org.eclipse.ptp.pldt.*-> tools/pldt
tools/org.eclipse.ptp.remotetools.*-> tools/remotetools

The only immediate impact of this will be that if you have any of the o.e.p.pldt or o.e.p.remotetools plugins in your workspace, you'll need to delete them and check them out from the repository again.

If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

Greg
