[ptp-dev] final build delayed until tomorrow

Folks,

I've requested that we delay our final build until tomorrow to give us time to try to fix a problem with the new resource manager monitoring system. Unless anyone has any objections, I plan to do the final build at 3pm EDT tomorrow, although I will continue to do interim builds to make sure things are still working ok.

Now is a good opportunity to work on documentation if you haven't already!
