Anything that is to be included in the build (e.g the Eclipse Help Plug-ins for PTP) should be done before the last build.
We can always put information on our wiki, or update the help later, but what goes in the original Indigo version of our help files
will be very visible, both within the install, *and* on the help section of the website - for example:
http://help.eclipse.org/helios/index.jsp?topic=/org.eclipse.ptp.help/html/toc.html

Our 5.0 New & Noteworthy that's part of the help (meaning, the help plug-in) is a small stub and has a link to the wiki page.
It says:
<p>Please see the online <a href="http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/new_and_noteworthy/5.0.0">
New and Noteworthy</a> features in PTP release 5.0 for information and screenshots.

That's a decent way to procrastinate writing docs until after the final build.
Not ideal, but it works.

We are also doing pretty well. 
I'm confused about the docs. We thought the docs could be done till the end of the week. Does the in application doc have to be done till tomorrow but the New&Newsworthy can be done till a bit later?
