ETFW/TAU Integration seems to be working properly.

I'm going to file a bug on this but I don't know if it constitutes a blocker here: When creating a new OpenMPI resource manager the 'next' button is greyed out until I edit the Local Address field.  It doesn't matter if the content of the field changes, just a space -> backspace lets me continue.
