The Indigo RC2 staging repository (a.k.a. update site) is done and is available at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/staging/
It does contain PTP RC2 as Greg listed below, I201105242245.
I expect it will be promoted to the final RC2 repo at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/indigo/ will be available shortly.

No Parallel Package (all-in-one) download yet. That should get built shortly. Stay tuned.
