Hi,

This bug is causing me significant problems using normal CDT projects since they no longer work once I've created a remote project or have an existing remote project in my workspace. Is anyone else seeing this? I can reproduce from both my workspace and the latest Indigo EPP build for PTP. 

Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? Can someone take a look? Otherwise, I'm going to have to disable RDT in future PTP builds until the problem is resolved.
