It looks like CDT's LaunchMessages.GetString("...") is no longer available.  I don't know if that's the issue on the RDT side, but I'll have to track down the new way to get the strings used in the CDT Launch UI or, better yet, update the ETFW's recapitulation of the CDT's launch UI altogether.
