I'm going to start on getting a PTP package for Indigo, so that users could download
Eclipse+CDT+PTP etc. already packaged together.
Similar to what they can do now for the "Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers"

What I envision being included is:
1. existing CPP package "Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers"
2. All the PTP features
3. RSE
