[ptp-dev] Latest PTP builds

Builds for PTP 4.0.4 and 5.0.0 from Friday and Saturday are on the builds wiki pages

The builds page is now organized a little differently:
The links to the RDT server archives are now available in the grid along with the ptp-master archives.
A php-built page generates these on the fly and maintaining the links on the builds page is a bit easier this way.
Note that if you use RemoteTools as the RDT remote provider, you don't need to download an RDT server archive, because it is moved and launched on the target system automatically;
if you use RSE as the remote provider you will need to download and move these yourself.
