The embedded agent support has been checked into dev.eclipse.org and some fixes have been checked in as well.
Note: The embedded agent mode supports both internal launching mode and external launching mode with tree 2 (the default tree) now, so any tools which are using SCI's external launching mode and do not want to use the embedded agent mode, it will be better to specify SCI_EMBED_AGENT=no in the code explicitly to avoid the possible conflict environment variable from console.
