I just tried running RDT with the o.e.ptp.rdt.server.dstore plugin and I saw some new strings in the Service Configurations preference/properties page (I can pick the Remote Tools DStore C/C++ Indexing Service for C/C++ Code Indexing). For 4.0.4, I think we really need the 3 features we talked about in the other thread so the RDT UI can be isolated from the Remote Tools plugin.
