[ptp-dev] 4.0.2 build underway

Hi all,

I'm a bit late getting the 4.0.2 release out due to problems getting head to build (long story). In any case, I'm running a build now with the goal of releasing 4.0.2 at the end of the week.

If anyone has any reason to delay, let me know.
