sorry for the confusion. The initial commit was merely to get quick
feedback as to how to proceed. I didn't create a new project right
away as I wasn't sure if we plan to keep this Ant task at all or go
with the many other approaches put forward in
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=319203

suggest using a general name like "org.eclipse.ptp.build", so we can
add all PTP build related code.
