I can regenerate the patch if needed. Since Head and ptp_4_0 have been updated with the current patch, does that need to be backed out first?
The new files probably ended up in dos text file format because I generated the patch on a Windows system. If needed, I can easily remove the dos newlines after creating the patch.
I do see the secmod directory, so don't know what's missing.

Hi Greg,
I tried to update the latest sci code, I found the secmod directory is missing, and all the new files are in dos txt format. It seems the format changes after the leagal process, but I don't know why the secmod directory is missing. Can you help to double check that? and if you need to re-patch it, would you please do a dos2unix sci_patch.txt first?
