Hi everyone,

Some problems with the Helios aggregation yesterday gave me the opportunity to do a respin to fix some minor issues. Our RC4 build is I.I201006092246 and this is now available in from http://download.eclipse.org/releases/staging for testing. The http://download.eclipse.org/releases/update site should be ready by the end of the week.

Unless there is a major show stopper, this will be the final Helios build. Any new builds now require planning council approval to be included.
