[ptp-dev] References on externalization/message bundles?

I'd like to give our undergrads a reference/article on externalized 
strings in Eclipse (i.e., a basic intro to NLS, how to use the 
Externalize Strings wizard, what to externalize and what not to, etc.).  
Any suggestions?

I figured there would be an article at eclipse.org but I'm apparently 
not searching for the right keywords...
