[ptp-dev] Photran changes affecting Tau

Wyatt,

I just realized that the changes I made to the handling of source forms 
in Photran will affect the Tau plug-ins as well:

PerfDMFView#openSource
- There is only one Fortran content type now 
(org.eclipse.photran.core.fortranSource)
- There is only one Fortran editor class now 
(org.eclipse.photran.internal.ui.editor.FortranEditor)

IncrementInstrument
Instrument
- The AbstractFortranEditor class is gone; now there's just FortranEditor
