[ptp-dev] Monday Merge of PTP_TRY_RMR_20100325 back onto HEAD

On Monday I plan to merge the changes from brach PTP_TRY_RMR_20100325
back onto the HEAD.

These changes reflect the removal of PProcess and IPProcess from the
runtime model.

There are two projects that may be impacted by these changes:
1) SLURM
2) PBS

Since the Proxy protocol for Process creation and modification
was modified to accommodate these changes, current implementations
of these RMs will break -- PBS may not be affected since it does not yet
manage processes.

I will be updating the proxy documentation,

to reflect the protocol changes.  Dave Wootton has implemented
these changes for LL and PE, and can assist with the necessary
RM changes.
