but these plugins are not included in the build. Unless someone has a good reason for tagging these, I think it is better if only plugins that are part of the build are tagged. This applies to the ptp and photran test and sample plugins also.
Let me know if there are any objections, otherwise I'll remove them from the build.xml.
That may be okay, but a checkout of v201001181554 still did not bring
along any part of the "photran" directory. Last 3.0 tag in there seems
to be v201001152110, v201001152202 for 4.0.
