[ptp-dev] Build on PTP_3_0 - testing results

I installed, ran sh BUILD, basic PLDT analysis on "Hello MPI world" and did a parallel run and debug just fine.
(Mac OSX x86 local only)
Results for other platforms, and for some remote scenarios, would be appreciated.
