[ptp-dev] How to check out ptp-3.0 source code

Hi Greg,

Since the HEAD has been updated to ptp 4.0, it seems that checking out 3.0 source code via ptp_project_set
 no longer works.
What's the right way to check out ptp  3.0 source code?
I still need the ptp 3.0 code to enhance slurm proxy.
