[ptp-dev] 3.0.1 RC2 version numbers wrong for Photran

Where? I presume the script that increments versions numbers has already run.
So we ... update them in the manifests? for ... just features? ... or ... in a script somewhere?

That might have been my fault. I think my script that increments the version numbers assumes everything is at the same version. You might need to fix this by hand...
