[ptp-dev] New perf->etfw changes for External Tools Framework (formerly Performance Tools Framework)

Yesterday's build of PTP 3.0 incorporates the new package and id changes for ETFw.
http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/builds/3.0.0
Anyone using ETFw (External Tools Framework) for performance tools or other external tools, please make sure everything works for you.

I'm starting a build for the changes from name 'perf' to 'etfw'
That is, org.eclipse.ptp.perf.* to org.eclipse.ptp.etfw.*
