We should update the version numbers.
Should we align the version number with PTP? Or maybe something like this?
PTP 2.1.4 RDT server 1.0.4
PTP 3.0.0 RDT server 2.0.0

What is the status of version numbers for the rdt-server tar files?
There have been some pretty major changes recently and the version is
still 1.0. Any objections to incrementing this so we can more easily
keep track of the versions?
