[ptp-dev] org.eclipse.ptp.pldt.upc not tagged

I'm trying to do a build of ptp checked out from CVS tag v200910091648,
but I'm getting:

Unable to find feature: org.eclipse.ptp.pldt.upc.
Apparently the org.eclipse.ptp.pldt.upc directory is not being tagged in
CVS, but is mentioned in the ptp.master feature.xml file. Is upc still
included in ptp?
