[ptp-dev] Finish button in ServiceConfigurationWizard always disabled

I have the latest PTP HEAD code downloaded into my workspace. If I open 
the HPC Project Configuration dialog, the finish button is disabled. If I 
add a service to the list and configure it, the finish button still 
remains disabled and I can't save any changes. Is anyone else seeing this? 
If not, how do I figure out what's going on?
