[ptp-dev] PLDT now compile with CDT 6.0

I just checked in changes which makes PLDT compile against CDT 6.0
OpenMP analysis doesn't work perfectly yet but it does compile at least...
Looks like the platform made some changes in problem marker attribute types or something. Looking into it.
