Dave,

It looks like the PE RM is treating the "debug" flag to indicate that 
debugging should be enabled in the RM (and in the SDM). Actually, this 
flag is meant to indicated the the job is a debug job (I know it's 
kind of redundant). Do you have a problem if I change this in the PE RM?
