They should be there, but they are part of PLDT. Did you install PLDT?
They are general MPI project templates too, not just OpenMPI

Hi,

I've noticed that on PTP 2.0.x, when I created a new C Project, there 
were some OpenMPI project templates under "Executable" project type.

I am not seeing these anymore on PTP 2.1.0 RC1. Is this a bug or am I 
missing something?
