I don't think so. I'm running over cable modem this morning but other 
remote things seem to be working fine. I'm not seeing any other long 
delays when I telnet/ssh to remote systems. I can start/stop the same 
proxy as what I try to edit and it only takes a couple seconds for that to 
complete. 

I think I see this when I'm in the office as well. I won't be in the 
office until Tuesday, but I can check then.

Dave,

I see this when there are network problems. I think it's trying to do 
a DNS lookup which takes a while to time out. Is this a possible cause 
for you?
