[ptp-dev] Long delays opening resource manager wizard

I'm seeing long delays, maybe 30 seconds or so between when I click the 
menu to edit a resource mamanger configuration or to create a new resource 
manager configuration and when the wizard dialog page where I select the 
connection type and the proxy location appears. This is with the RC1 
build. Is anyone else seeing these delays?
