[ptp-dev] Cannot create PE proxy in M3 build

I'm trying to create a PE proxy in the
M3 build and I am having problems with the PE proxy configuration wizard
I select the RSE remote service provider.
If I then click 'new' next to proxy server location, nothing happens. 
If I select an existing RSE SSH only
from the proxy server location dropdown, then click browse next to the
path to proxy executable, nothing happens.
If I paste the proxy pathname into the
proxy executable path then I am able to complete the wizard and start my
proxy. Then I can run my PE application,
