[ptp-dev] TAU jars

Wyatt,

I'm setting up a automated build of PTP, but now that the TAU jars are  
required for the build, would it be possible for you to make these  
available for download on a UO web server? I have them packaged up as  
a plugin to make the build process easier, so it would good if this  
zip file could be available somewhere.
