Hi all,

With the release of M7, I think it's just about time to switch over to  
Ganymede on HEAD. The 2.0 branch (2.0.1, 2.0.2, etc.) will remain  
Europa. Since 2.1 will be a Ganymede release, I'll make a 2.1 branch  
from HEAD closer to the release date.

If anyone is *not* ok with this, please let me know.
