[ptp-dev] Problem with error handling on PTP preferences panels

I was testing error cases for the PE
plugin preferences panel. I get the expected error messages but the OK
and Apply buttons do not change to disabled state as I would expect. I
checked a couple other reource manager preference panels, where if I invalidate
the pathname to the proxy executable and get the expecvted error message
but the OK and Apply buttons do not change to disabled state. I'm not sure
if this is a bug, or if so whether it is a PTP bug or eclipse bug. I'm
running Eclipse 3.3.2 if that makes a difference.

Should I write a bug report? If so,
for what project?
