[ptp-dev] mpich2 proxy: RTEV_*

Hi,
I was experimenting with the MPICH2 proxy and I found some undef consts.
What should be the values of all RTEV_ constants used in
ptp_mpich2_proxy.py.
 (RTEV_OK, RTEV_ERROR_BASE, RTEV_ERROR_PROCS, RTEV_PROCS)
They are not defined in both ptplib.py and ptp_mpich2_proxy.py.
