[ptp-dev] Unable to create new parallel app launch configuration

For a while now, I've been unable to create new parallel launch 
configurations. When I open the launch configuration dialog, select 
'Parallel Application' or any entry under it, and click the 'new' icon, I 
don't get a new launch configuration.

Is anyone else seeing this with the latest PTP code or have I done 
something to break my installation?
